Order Tracking: Safeguarding Product Consistency

To help ensure that the products you order from us in the future will perform to the same specifications as the product you get today, we have built careful controls and documentation into our production processes to ensure repeatability. Each lot is assigned a tracking number. Every process, from casting to delivery, is documented and the information is retained. This gives us complete traceability of every lot going through our plant. As a result, we can identify the root cause of any problem that may occur and correct it at the source – and we can repeat any production process.

While we constantly work at improving our processes, we implement no changes until they have been thoroughly studied and piloted to make sure they will not compromise the repeatable consistency of the end product. To help keep us on track, auditors from within and from outside the company – including auditors from our customers – come in and thoroughly analyze our production and quality procedures. This strategy epitomizes our unwavering commitment to ensuring repeatability of our products.
